About Jordyn

Hello! My name is Jordyn. I am originally from Northwest Indiana but have been living in Indianapolis for the past 5 years for school. I graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Psychology and a certificate in Child Abuse and Neglect in 2021. I am now attending grad school at IUPUI for Counseling and just started my internship. My goal is to be an elementary school counselor with my own private practice for mental health counseling. I have experience with children as a youth coach, behavior technician, mentor, and assistant teacher. I have worked with ages 2-12 years old. I am definitely a kid at heart. I enjoy anything Disney, playing board games/video games, being crafty, and creative. I am always willing to help with homework if needed! As a sitter, safety will be my number one priority. I also want the kids to feel comfortable with a sitter in their home so I will definitely be involved in any type of fun activity they want to do. I am an animal lover with a cat of my own.
