About Jordan

I obtained a biology degree in 2019 and have worked the last 3. 5 years as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist at Mayo Clinic. I am looking to make the transition into childcare as I am passionate about working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and development. As the oldest of six, I began babysitting at an early age. I was a summer and after school nanny throughout college. In October 2022, I welcomed my first child. Becoming a mother has been such an amazing experience. With experience as a babysitter, nanny and mother, I am adept in attending to the emotional, physical, and behavioral needs of children from birth to 15 years old. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable me to build positive relationships with children and their families. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I am comfortable with completing extra household duties such as cleaning, laundry, cooking and grocery shopping.
