Joleen is kind, fun and dependable. My young kids were instantly comfortable with her, which is not their usual. I had Joleen assist me on an outing with the kids, she was so helpful. I never had to direct her to do anything, she did it naturally. I also enjoyed our conversations, she is very mature for her age. I will be hiring Joleen many times in the future!
