We had set up several times to chat even waiting on the video interview for him to arrive. His background seemed great but if you are looking for dependable and trustworthy, you would hope the initial interview and follow up texts waiting would be a professional courtesy to either reschedule or advise of not being able to make it. We are glad he showed himself before hiring.
