About John

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, goofy, and kind. I like working with kids because they have a curious mind. They love to learn and expand their world through experiences. They have an optimistic outlook as they learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I was a lifeguard at the family summer retreat. In my spare time, I like to run, bike, rock climb, read, and cook. One thing you should know about me is that I am a nurse. I can handle anything from a finger boo boo to a emergency situation. My skills include cooking (no round objects), interactive reading to promote learning, and integration of outdoor physical activity through "adventuring".
