Jo is absolutely wonderful! She has been a blessing to our family. I was a first time mother when Jo started working for our family last year and she has helped me so much. She started watching our daughter when she was 3 months old and I went back to work. She is caring, compassionate, punctual, communicative, organized, intelligent and always going above and beyond for our little one and family. She performs tasks without being asked or when asked, she does it with a smile. I knew when I left for work that my daughter was in great hands every day. At every new stage in our daughter's life, she was teaching and cheering her on. She will speak Spanish to her and has tried teaching her some simple sign language. She follows our schedule and writes a daily log of all activities, naps and feeding. She sends me updates and pictures throughout the day when I'm really missing my daughter. My husband travels for work and there were some weeks I asked her to come early and/or stay late to help out. She was always willing to help. She is also wonderful with animals. We have a 13 year old lab, who is obsessed with her as well. She loves when Jo comes because she gets extra cuddles and attention. Jo even saved us one time last minute when we were out of town and needed someone to let Lola out to the bathroom! I cried when we told her that our family has decided to put our little one in daycare because she is special and will be missed. Any family would be very lucky to have her :)
