Joanne watched our 9-month old son for the whole work day. She was so patient with him even though he was fussy with peak separation anxiety. She was tireless in giving him a chance to enjoy being outside enjoying the fresh air or inside with familiar toys. She helped him get some great naps. Joanne was punctual and I hope we will get to work with her again when our schedules line up!
