Jo Ann is a childcare pro! She takes thoughtful and responsible care of little ones, not just keeping them safe and entertained but also prioritizing their developmental needs. She is patient, mild-mannered, and calm in the face of toddler tantrums. I've only seen her in action with infants and toddlers but I'm sure she'd be great with older kids too. She uses good judgment, shows up on time, communicates appropriately with parents, and is extremely thorough in everything she does.
