About Joanna

My name is Joanna, I am currently looking for a full time nannying position starting in September. My most recent job was a nanny position for an amazing family in Lansing NY. I worked with this family and 2 wonderful boys for two and a half years. The kids are now both school aged, so the family is unable to provide me full time hours. I am currently looking to work with another family. My prior childcare experience includes working with two other families, substituting at IC3 for 3 years, and working with a few other families in Ithaca NY. I grew up on the edge of state forest in Danny, NY. While growing up I spent a lot of time outdoors. I enjoy nature walks, fossil hunting, finding crayfish and anything to do with the outdoors. I incorporated these hobbies in my last few jobs and would love to do more things outside with kids. Overall I see myself as being patient, kind and responsible and I feel that kids are comfortable around me.
