About Jill

I have been a full-time professional nanny for over 20 years. I believe in helping each child become the best version of themselves and to foster their successes. I use art, games, and songs to help children meet and exceed their development at each level. I encourage independence by breaking down tasks into smaller steps that they can assist with. I establish a routine that helps children relax and succeed. I prepare (often with child assistance) healthy meals, set and follow a nap time routine, and help with the children's laundry and toy clean up. I provide positive reinforcement and guidance focusing on the teaching moments in a young child's life. I continue to research and develop ways to teach and guide and have a wonderful magical time with the children I care for.
