About Jessie

I have extensive experience working in formal educational settings with high school and college-aged students; I have over 7 years experience as a horseback riding instructor, where I worked with students ages 5 to 70+ years old; additionally, I am working to get my license as a mental health counselor, and have several years of experience working clinically with children, adolescents, and adults; I also have experience working in childcare, with children ranging from newborn to preschool age. I consider myself to be a fun, person-centered educator and carer, working to best meet each person's individual needs. I try to utilize creative and experiential approaches to teaching, and have a deep understanding of different learning styles, and abilities.
