About Jessica

I am an incoming junior at New York University looking for a job while I am home for the summer! I am extremely loving, optimistic, trustworthy, and patient; additionally, because of my experience working with groups of all ages and various backgrounds, I will be a perfect fit as your next babysitter. I have around 3 total years of experience working with kids as I used to be a volunteer for the Autism Treatment Center of America and an after school teacher at a learning center. Throughout high school, I worked with a young boy with non-verbal autism where I got the opportunity to help him practice his communication and social skills. We ended up developing such a close relationship that he now says my name whenever I am around! Even more, before I started at NYU, I taught my own class of 3rd-5th graders. I created English and Math lessons and provided homework support for them every day. With me, I will undoubtedly keep your kids feeling entertained, knowledgeable, and supported!
