Jessica agreed to a part-time position, after many weeks of conversation. It seemed like a great fit with both our schedules. Then, 10 minutes before she was scheduled to start, she sent us a *text* saying she was going to wait for a full-time position instead. This left us in a very bad spot, as I am starting a new job, which is why we're hiring care. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also ironic because she was upset about how other families had led her on to believe she had work, only to cancel last minute.
