About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, outgoing. Seniors hold a special place in my heart. I have always felt drawn to them even as a child. I spent a lot of my childhood with my aging grandparents and loved visiting their elderly friends and relatives. They are very special people and should be respected and appreciated as a valuable member of the community. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, but allows me to spend time in direct care of the elderly. Hospice is my niche, but any setting is an opportunity to help someone in need. I started caring for seniors when I was in my 20's as a CNA. My mother trained me. Most people would think that means I had it easy, but those people don't know my mother! Every mistake I made was a teaching opportunity for the whole class. In my spare time, I like to visit my children and grandchildren, go on quick overnight or weekend trips, visit with my church ladies, read, sing, and pretty much anything with the right company.
