Full Disclosure: I claim no certification. I am not a registered nurse nor am I a formally trained Personal Care Attendant. I intend to pursue legitimate credentials in the near future. I have informally served in the role of caregiver (both on-call and scheduled,) from May, 2001 to present, for my father (non-epileptic seizure disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Crohn's Disease, Dupuytren's Contracture of hands and feet.)
