Jessica is amazing with my mother. You can tell that she really cares about her clients, and she established a great rapport with mom right away. (This is very important to me in any caregiver I hire.) Jessica is also very qualified. My mom isn't easy to readjust or to change because she is stiff with contracture and has a PEG tube, but Jessica was up to the task, and I was completely comfortable leaving mom in her care. Jessica was even willing to be "on-call" one day when I had to go out of town and my daughter-in-law was watching mom for me. This was really going above and beyond, and we can't tell how much we appreciated the peace of mind that she gave us. We knew that if mom had coughing attack (which is infrequent but terrifying) or if there was some problem with changing her, Jessica would come and assist my daughter-in-law. She was just a phone call and a few minutes away. I highly recommend Jessica. She is amazing.
