About Jessica

I love working with kids because I remember what it was like being kid and how important it was to have someone in your life who made you feel like you belong. I want to be that person for them. I want to help them build the confidence and give them the support they need to be successful in their goals. However that might look. I have always been the creative one, so when the nieces and nephews came along I was in charge of organizing the activities for the kiddos. Eventually I decided to go back to school to pursue my Bachelors in Music Education. For the last two years I've worked in schools as a music teacher, guest teacher and in building teacher. Currently, I am a Program Director at Rocky Mountain Kids in the afternoon. In every position I've worked involving children it has always worked best when I created an environment that involved these things; structure, consistency , empathy, understanding and creativity!
