Hi! I'm Jess and I love kids. Through high school, college, and graduate school I've always cared for kids. I have many years experience and parents say I'm a kid whisperer. I think it comes from treating children with respect and sympathy without condescension. With kiddos of all ages (my nanny experience began caring for a 6-week-old infant full time), I'm very patient, understanding that every child is unique. Voicing needs, desires, and discomfort without having the language to do so is frustrating and I sympathize. Spending time with children never feels like work - it's truly a joy. For parents who have children with neurodivergencies, don't hesitate to reach out - I'm very comfortable with providing care for children with specific needs. My rates are generally $25/h for one child, $30 for two, $35 for three. I also consider travel time (if not in the city) in determining my final rate.
