Jess is the BEST Nanny ever. Over and over again we have said how lucky we were to find her on care.com 3 years ago when we needed someone to watch our baby full time each day. It was scary not knowing anyone and trusting them with your baby! But we lucked out with Jess. She has been so so good with our girls (now she's 3 and 10) and our girls love her! She's sweet, playful, patient, gives good hugs. Jess drives my kids places, picks them up from school, takes them to dentist appointments, takes our dog out, watches our dog while we're away. I trust her completely. And she always has such a positive attitude. I swear she's become a member of our family, quite honestly. She is punctual, always positive and helps with literally anything she can. We just love her! So much so that it literally makes me sad to think about the changes coming with the start of PreK. I've joked with her before that we need to keep her until the kids are 18! Best nanny ever!
