I have known Jessica since she was 7 years old. Her sweet manner has never changed. No matter the difficulty (a difficult situation, a difficult personality, etc), she approaches every situation and person with grace and sweetness - you just can't help but feel good when she is around. After caring for my mom, my dad and my mother-in-law, I know the patience it takes. She has that patience in spades! I hope to be lucky enough to have her care for me when the time comes.
