About Jessica

I have 7 years of experience working with children while being paid for it but about 10 years in experience overall. I'm currently in school for Early Developmental Psychology; working with children is what brings me joy so I decided I'd center my career around making sure children around me and children I work with are happy, learning and loved. I'm currently working as a paraprofessional for a 7-year-old girl with special needs/ health issues and I really enjoy it but I'm looking for a more personal approach to childcare. I've had jobs from law offices, to clinics, to sales but my most fulfilling jobs are ones that don't feel like jobs at all, for me that is when I'm working with children. I have a huge family and several little siblings, caring for them comes second nature to me because of all my little loved ones. I am very patient, I ensure sure children are mentally simulated, as well as being aware and respectful of their emotions as well as the emotions of others!
