I can help with all needs. I've worked with mentally/physically disabled adults aging from 18-85 years old since September of 2009. Assisting them in their daily lives such as personal needs (hygiene, bathroom assistance. etc), scheduling and providing transportation, to doctor appointments, all house work, grocery shopping, Monitoring and documenting a client's condition, including checking vital signs or recording how much I'm pretty flexible on hours, maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, Administrating meditation, Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to each patient's health plan, wound care, and meal preparation.
