Hi! I'm an energetic, fun-loving former preschool teacher for Los Angeles Unified School District. I worked for LAUSD for 10 years and left when I had my daughter (who is now 7 years old) to start my own cooking school. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I lost my business but continue to support and teach families and children of all ages. I have taught children from 2-15 years old, I have a background in the arts, athletics, nutrition/cooking. I have taught, coached, tutored and mentored children. I love doing art projects, sport activities, lots of singing and dancing with the children, and of course cooking. I especially enjoy being outside and doing physical activities. For me watching a child learn, grow, laugh, and smile is rewarding. My rates and availability varies so please reach out if you have any questions.

Jess was amazing! She was able to come last minute, and even stayed late as dinner & bath time ran late. She was awesome with our two girls who are three and a half & two. They immediately felt comfortable with her and played all afternoon. And then she had them be sous chefs and help her cook dinner, which they loved! We’ll definitely reach out to Jess for help in the future.
