About Jennifer

I started working with the elderly when I was 19. I got my Certificate in Cna at the waters of Orchard Park. I've worked with people who have had dementia and alzheimer's. I also worked for years doing private duty cases. Right now I am a Rsa which is a resident service aide in a assisted living facility taking care of the elderly. I love my residents they are wonderful but right now I'm per diem and want to get back in to home care. Im my position i'm in I shower, help with dressing, make beds, meal reminders, collect garbage and put on their ted stockings. My job is very rewarding and wouldn't want any other job. Also In between Caregiving I have taking care of little kiddos in day care and in homes. I started out when I was 12 babysitting and still help out being a nanny for many of old clients and their kids and families kids.
