Jennifer is an exceptional lady. Each morning she arrives and just begins to take initiative whatever needs to be done she does it; I will mention something and she will not forget she will arrive on her next scheduled day and go right to it. She goes above what one would expect, for example we were expecting a storm, she went outside and checked to areas to assure everything was secure, than the next day went out to check for debris and picked up sticks that had fell off our tree. She has a routine, she comes in and makes sure the floors are clean the dishes done prior to my mother rising in the morning. She has an excellent sense of humor; on her first day my mother and her were laughing and later they came into the kitchen and I cannot tell you how happy my mother was, she was full of smiles ready for lunch. When my mother has an appetite, I know she is happy. Jennifer, has brought joy and sunshine into our home and we are so grateful to God for bringing her to us.
