I've had pets my entire life. I am comfortable around fish, cats, hamsters/guinea pigs, and dogs. I had my dog for the since 1997 until this past spring when he was diagnosed with cancer and put down. I spent the last 16 years caring for him, and the other various pets involved in a household with five children. I love being around animals and I have no allergies.
