JENNIFER B. – MY FORMER DAYCARE EMPLOYEE I am the former owner operator of Springtime Playtime daycare center for 25 years and my business was located in Scottsdale, Arizona and later Surprise, Arizona. My business operation usually involved caring full time for approximately a dozen pre-school aged children. Jennifer B. was employed by me for over ten (10) years. She was my best employee as she was always on-time and was a natural creative energetic influence upon the children she cared for. She always brought new craft ideas with full supplies for the children; and always exhibited patience in teaching them “how-to” accomplish their tasks which fostered their preparation for formal kindergarten when they eventually left our daycare center. “Jenn's” kids consistently tested with outstanding results for entrance into formal schooling. That was no surprise to me as Jenn believes in starting a child early into the basic beginnings of reading, writing, arithmetic, arts, colors, etc. Jenn is also committed to proper nutrition and ensures that occurs daily.Parents oftentimes commented to me how much they appreciated and valued her “above-and-beyond” the ordinary involvement with the children. Parents noticed the excellent learning level from Jenn as well as positive behavioral development from Jenn's daily interaction with them.Jenn oftentimes was fully responsible for a wide range of children's ages – 2 week old newborns through 5 year olds; including high achievers and others with special needs both mental and physical. She was highly adaptive and successful in her role with all of the various situations; likely which resulted in her long 10 year tenure with my business.Jenn is certified with CPR and emergency situations should they arise. She understands administration of medications for children and related instructions that may arise. Jenn also possesses outstanding people skills when interacting with others at work – other children, adults, and co-workers. In general, Jenn has a very pleasant personality and is fun to be around, which is important in maintaining a good day for the children.Jenn's husband was transferred to Colorado and I could not find a sufficient replacement – Jenn was that valuable to the daycare center and the children. I therefore decided to close the center and retire. I think I've included enough in this letter to confirm Jenn's high qualifications to care for children.
