About Jennifer

Hello! My name is Jennifer and I'm a dedicated part-time nursing student with a full time passion for caring. It is a genuine desire of mine to help seniors maintain as much of their independence as possible. Despite ever-evolving needs, the training and experience I have obtained over 6 years of direct patient care supplemented by my ongoing education, will enable me to provide the essential support needed to stay in your home. My resume' includes 4 years of geriatric care within homes, hospitals and assisted living environments. I have aided individuals with daily needs including personal hygiene, dressing, turning positions, and transferring from chairs to bed. Monitored patient change in breathing, body temperature, blood pressure, glucose and emotional well being and notified necessary personal as needed. Implemented a routine and oversaw schedules and transportation to and from various appointments and advocated as necessary.
