I babysat for a handful of families during my adolescence. Prior to having my baby I worked within the school district as a para-educator. I have experience working with children from preschool through high school. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I am CPR and first aid certified as well. I live on the northwest side of Chicago. I have excellent references that I can provide. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Jenna W. She looked after my son, M from August 2019 when he was 3 months old to June 2020. At that point we moved to Florida. Jenna was an asset to our family. She cared for M as her own, and we always felt safe when dropping him off at her home. For the 10 months that she worked for us, she demonstrated herself as a dependable and dedicated individual. One of her main strengths is her ability to be flexible yet maintain discipline - something which is not very easy to do. Her multitasking skills are above par. She provided a warm and loving environment for our son. She is a great communicator, always providing pictures and updates throughout the day. As a friendly and fun individual, she will be able to provide good mentor-ship to your child. I wish her the best in her future employment and wish we could have taken her with us.
