Hello! As someone with a nanny, education, and therapy background I enjoy working with parents to create the best environment for their children. As a positive and energetic childcare worker diaper/potty breaks, crafts, play, academics, meal prep, etc. have been part of my daily routine. Work History: English teacher in Thailand (1 year), special education paraprofessional (1 year), reading instructor (3yrs), speech clinician (1 semester), nanny (2 years), and swimming coach/instructor (3 years). Mastered ability to analyze behaviors/abilities, create lesson plans, collect/record data, implement strategies, and yield positive results behaviorally and in correspondence with curriculum. Experience working with children age 3 to 16yrs diagnosed with ASD, Down Syndrome, dyslexia, CP, ADHD, Language Impairments, and other. Able to provided HW help to students of all grades/abilities. Safety, adaptability, patience, kindness, and positive reinforcement are key.
