About Jenna

Hi my name is Jenna! I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and I am currently in the process of obtaining my teaching certificate to work with younger children. I love Tucson and feel that there are many exciting activities and resources for children in the community. I grew up in a large family and my first experiences of babysitting were for aunts and uncles. Since then, I have gained a lot of experience working with children from the ages of 2 months-18 years old. I am culturally competent and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. I am Safe zone badge certified through the LGBTQI+ Cultural Center at the University of Arizona. I also have a working knowledge/experience of: Aggressive Behaviors, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Common Behavioral Diagnosis, Challenging Home Environments, and Substance/Alcohol Abuse. I provide trauma informed care.
