About Jeanmarie
I have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and am a certified Massachusetts teacher. I have experience working with culturally diverse students and families. I would love to work with children who are ready for school but miss the kindergarten age cutoff and are looking to learn to read and write and/or to acquire other kindergarten related skills. I am experienced working with struggling learners from k-4.

We were very lucky to have found Jeanmarie to teach our preschool daughter. Jeanmarie taught our daughter and a similar aged friend a kindergarten curriculum over a nine month period. She is a wonderful teacher and we highly recommend her to any family. She tailored a teaching plan for our girls. By the end of the year, they were able to read, write, tell time, count money, and do basic arithmetic. She makes learning fun. The kids looked forward to her coming in each day. She is a seasoned teacher and made difficult concepts easy to learn. Jeanmarie was dependable. She never called out sick and was always on time. She was always respectful to us and our other children.
