Hello, I'm Jeanette, a dedicated professional with 25 years of hands-on experience, working with children with disabilities for LAUSD school District. My journey in childcare has given me the opportunity to work in many classroom settings. I have worked with children with mild to severe disabilities most experienced in autism. I find it extremely important in fostering a positive atmosphere where children feel safe, encouraged and valued and that's how the growth of the child begins. What sets me apart is my commitment to creating inclusive spaces that cater to the unique needs of each child especially for those with disabilities and truly understand the different forms of communication.
