The 3 best words to describe me is Kind, Empathetic, and Ambitious. I'm very patient and understanding, I never let my emotions get the better of me. I'm looking for a comfortable environment. I'm also seeking to maintain good hours that work best with both you and I. I've been working with kids professionally for 3 years. One thing about me is that I never back down from a challenge. If a family may have what they call a "wild child", I will sit and patiently try to understand them so we can resolve any problems and find solutions! My skills include are Safety Awareness, to always insure the child is safe with me and any activities they are engaging on. Flexibility, i've learn to roll with the flow and find the best solutions through my problem solving skills. Finally, Active Listening! Most children have problems because certain needs aren't being met and by listening carefully to their needs I would know how to respond and understand them to the fullest extent!
