About Jaylyn

I have been a full-time preschool teacher for 2 years. I have worked with children of ages 2 months to 15 years! In my school I currently teach children aged 3-5 but have worked in all age ranges. Outside of my teaching career I have babysat for many families that have graduated from my classroom, as well as other families seeking last minute help. I have also spent a year traveling with a children's painting class, hosting events where I would help teach simple painting techniques and other arts and crafts. My experience with older children stems from working 2 years for the Howard County Public School System and 2 summers as a middle school camp counselor. In HCPSS I worked in Special Needs transportation, and as a counselor I boarded alongside 100+ middle schoolers and hosted tours/classes/activities as well as counseling sessions if they needed any help.
