I'd describe my personality as caring, helpful, outgoing I like working with kids because I love seeing them happy about everything, even just the little things. I love helping them with any and everything while also teaching them independence at the same time. I love watching them grow and start to learn about themselves. I'm looking for a job that is understanding with time & pay. It's not hard to understand when it comes to things but I would love for it to be understanding from both sides about any and everything! I started working with kids when I started babysitting my nieces. It was for about 8 hours M-F. 2 years later I am 18 & now volunteering in a school and helping out with 1st graders.
