I will start off by saying that as odd as it sounds I love cleaning and I find a lot of joy in it. I have OCD so I am pretty capable of meeting anyone's standards. I clean weekly for my great aunt and one monthly for another family member. I use a a lot of natural cleaning products such as Method cleaning all purpose but I am open to using whatever makes you most comfortable.

Overbooked and had to reschedule once. Sent texts to me at 12:31am, 1:05am and 4:53am (3 different days). I paid her the night before the first visit. She requested on the morning of the first appointment (1 hour before arrival) to bring her sister with her to my home. I said no. She said "guess I'll have her sit in the car". I said no. Then she went on to complain about gas prices (that have decreased since we negotiated her rate). I listed for her some unprofessional things she may want to adjust for her next client and she said "you're the one that needs help". Upon cancelling, she kept all of my money. Unreal.
