Jasmine was an integral part of our family from September 2022 to July 2023, fulfilling a full-time role. Her dedicated care extended to our 1.5-year-old child and encompassed comprehensive home management. For our child, Jasmine adeptly handled meal preparation and the transition from pureed to solid foods, engaged in indoor and outdoor activities, managed diaper changes, fostered vocabulary growth, facilitated sensory play, managed laundry and attire, and ensured adherence to sleep schedules. In the realm of household management, she thoughtfully contributed to light housework, streamlined grocery orders and organization, efficiently coordinated contractors and vendors, assisted with event preparation, managed bill payments, and facilitated packing and travel arrangements. On occasion, she provided childcare support during travel. Beyond this, Jasmine undertook house and pet sitting tasks, and her flexibility extended to evenings and weekends for additional babysitting. Jasmine embodies professionalism and integrity, with a strong emphasis on effective communication. Her punctuality was particularly valued, a crucial attribute in our busy entrepreneurial household. Notably, Jasmine's coachable mindset and clear boundaries fostered a successful employment dynamic. Her unique qualities make her an asset to any family fortunate enough to have her support. We wholeheartedly endorse Jasmine and would undoubtedly continue working with her if a full-time opportunity were available.
