About Janis

I have 6 years of elementary teaching experience in public, private and charter schools and hold a current IN Elementary teaching license. I am certified in Orton Gillingham for reading delays and enjoy helping students refine phonics skills and master reading. I enjoy working with all students to develop a love for learning and creating successful lessons to assist with mastering skills or homework assistance. I hold a minor in French and can also tutor basic middle and high school French. I am also available for tutoring primary and intermediate students in math through 6th grade. I am very passionate about teaching and have unwavering patience to assist students with ADHD, ADD and students on the spectrum to achieve academic success.
