This was my first time searching for someone to assist with my non-mobile mother at home. We actually required someone who could stay with us day and night. Ms. Janet accepted the job and started immediately. She was very punctual. She was with us for a little over two months. Her attendance was perfect! She was willing to do whatever my mother needed. I'm fact, my whole family was hit with a difficult time with medical needs all at once. Ms. Janet helped all of us! She was very attentive and cautious as we allowed my mother to work on her mobility and become more independent. I had my mother in an assisted living center and was promised that staff would work with her in addition to her therapist to become more mobile. It would be "home away from home". We quickly learned that my mom sat in a wheelchair in her room alone all day. To date with Ms. Janet, my mother is walking and able to self-care.
