I'd describe my personality as Easy-going, Ambitious, and Conscientious. I like working with kids because -:It's fun! and every day is different,. Working with the kids and their family is one the most rewarding especially if the family is nice! I love creating a bond with the children and be part of their development. To develop a strong relationship with the children and to better understand their needs and form a trusting and comfortable relationship with the parents. I started working with kids 25 years ago when a friend asked me to work for the family while she was on vacation and I enjoyed it so much I have been taking care of children since then. In my spare time, I like to cook, sew, travel, gardening, reading, and volunteer. One thing you should know about me is I am very Conscientious. My skills include : Decision making, Communication and Listening.
