About Janelle

I am a student pursuing a medical profession with 4 years of experience as a CNA and 1 year as an EMT. I work primarily in the ER at Utah Valley Hospital (2. 5 years) and also have experience at several nursing & assisted living facilities and units. Some fun facts-I have an unhealthy obsession with Chick Fil A, am a runner training for a marathon, and an adrenaline junkie. What I find most intriguing about healthcare is the balance between compassionate care and excellent medical treatment. I'm looking for opportunities to work 1:1 with individuals as I strengthen that skill. I'm also looking for an opportunity to work somewhere that's not the ER to balance out the high stress of that environment. While working as a caregiver, I'll also be working in the ER and taking online classes. My schedule is very flexible and changes weekly.
