About Janelle

I'd describe my personality as patient, trustworthy, and playful. I like working with kids because it's fulfilling to nurture their curiosity and watch them learn and grow. Their unique perspectives and energy make every day fun and full of surprises. Making a positive impact on their lives brings me great joy and a sense of fulfillment. My childcare journey began as a caregiver for a child with Down syndrome. Following that, I worked at a daycare center with older2-year-olds for a year. Later, another family reached out wanting me to care for their child with Down syndrome, and I've been with them for about four years now. My skills include communication, patience, and creativity. With these three skills I want to provide an environment where kids can feel safe, valued and encouraged to thrive in.
