About Jane

Hello! I have taken care of children before I was in high school. I'm a former live-in and live-out nanny, summer camp counselor, and formerly & currently certified lifeguard. I've worked in church nurseries, daycare, after-school programs, and as a regular babysitter for some of the same families for years. Some activities I've done with children are: baking, cooking, arts & crafts, soccer. I like taking children out for fresh air in all 4 seasons (in appropriate clothing and gear). I once saved a life of a choking child by administering First Aid. Besides childcare, I have some experience as a household manager. I've also worked in labs and cafes. My background includes work in offices, so, I would be able to empathize with parents who work in offices. My car is reliable, and I have a clean driving record. I am fun, but very safety-conscious.
