Jamika worked with my brother for two years. It was a difficult job bc he had a severe stroke but she persevered when other caregivers left. She showed compassion and used humor and established a warm, positive relationship. We trusted her 100%. She alerted us if she saw something out of the ordinary. Jamika also went out of her way to make Jim feel valued. She decorated his home for his birthday, took him with her kids to get ice-cream, and brought the kids to visit him on her free days. They bonded with him and vice-versa. I highly recommend her.
