About Jamie

Hello there! I'm Jamie, an enthusiastic and dedicated college student at Washington University in St. Louis. I have a vibrant history of immersing myself in activities that involve working with children and have found this to be a passion of mine. Through the 4 years I spent at a volunteer program called AMASE, a program aimed at bringing arts and music to kids with special needs, I nurtured my ability to interact with and adapt to different children's needs. Whether in a one-on-one setting or a group environment, I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability. As a private tutor for Math, English, and Art, I have honed my ability to present information in an engaging and clear manner to children of various ages. And most importantly, I come with a wealth of experience babysitting children! I've been working as a babysitter on-and-off for the past 3-4 years and enjoy it greatly.
