About Jamie

I'd describe my personality as caring, optimistic, and friendly. I like working with kids because I love viewing the world through their eyes. Children offer such a wonderful perspective on life and have so much to teach me. I love children's excitement and joy for the simple things in life. I'm looking for a job that provides a great family to connect with, a positive environment, and compassion. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old babysitting children in my neighborhood. I have worked with/taught children from 12 up until now at age 21. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, read lots of books, watch movies, and go exploring with my friends. One thing you should know about me is I have worked with children ages 3-18 in public schools and a private summer camp in Europe. My skills include cooking, cleaning, and planning engaging activities.
