About Jamie

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and responsible. I like working with kids because they are full of life and energy. They are so darn creative, endearing, and funny I love caring and serving others and have a big heart for children. Nothing beats playing with children or getting those baby giggles/smiles. I'm looking for a job with a family that is closer in location, is clear on expectations and terms of employment, and one where there is good rapport. In my spare time, I like to read, cook/bake, write in my prayer journal, go for long walks, swim, go to the beach, help out my church, socialize with friends, listen to music, play with my cat, etc. One thing you should know about me is that I am enthusiastic, timely, honest, and responsible. Also, I don't babysit on Sunday mornings or early afternoons since I do go to church. My skills include planning/instructing, compassion/empathy/patience, and my organizational skills.
