About James

I've grown up with cats have fed and bathed them. Later, I home sat for a plethora of breeds of dog, boxers, terriers, dachshunds, weimaraners, retrievers, shepherds and doodles. In which, my responsibilities were walks, exercise, dog socials, feedings, cleanings, pick-up and companionship (meaning spending time with the animal for morale purposes). I have experience with reptiles too. I've house sat with a boa named, Shakti, who needed certain heat and water during long months in a winter climate. I also worked with a bearded-lizard who was on a diet of crickets. In general, I love taking my time to allow the wonderful creatures time to become comfort with me. I am also hyper-aware that these are not just pets, but human companions who are ingrained family members to the great owners that love and care for them.
