When Jaira was caring for my dad, she was very professional, efficient and caring. She always had my dad’s best interest in mind. She was not just a CNA, but a great companion for my dad. Her work ethics were superb and her skills were on point. She helped dad with daily living routines and activities, made meals for him, helped keep my dad on track with his medications by setting up reminders, took his vitals regularly and kept a log book and she was also a great company for him. It was bitter sweet when my family and I had relocated to the opposite side of town because in the few months that Jaira took care of my dad she quickly felt like part of my family.
